Important Notes

Multi-Facility Campgrounds: For campgrounds with multiple sites in their portfolio, a separate subscription is required per facility. Owners may contact info@gaycampingfriends.com to arrange a tailored or consolidated subscription setup for easier accounting.

Approval Process: All listings require manual review and approval. Purchase of a subscription does not guarantee listing. If your listing is not approved, you will receive a full refund.

Listing Maintenance: Gay Camping Friends reserves the right to delist any campground at any time. Occasional website downtime may occur.

LGBTQ+ Friendly Pledge: Friendly campgrounds must agree to the "Gay Camping Friends LGBTQ+ Friendly Campground Pledge" as part of the approval process.

Events Feature: Only gay/lesbian/LGBTQ+ campgrounds or LGBTQ+ camp outs are able to use the events feature on the platform.

Features May Change: Gay Camping Friends reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. We continuously work to improve the platform and user experience.
