Fox Mountain Camp and Artist Retreat

Fox Mountain Camp and Artist Retreat is a private, primitive campground and artist space located in the beautiful North Georgia mountains just minutes from the Toccoa River. This very secluded 18 acre property is surrounded by National Forest and offers a unique opportunity to get far away from the daily grind and enjoy all the beauty of the Chattahoochee National Forest. \n\nAmenities include spacious campsites, music stage, shower house with hot and cold water, flush toilets, and a small camp store with items to rent, ice, fire starters and more. The campground will showcase independent female musicians and other female artists. Providing a venue for women to present and enjoy their artistic talents is why Fox Mountain was founded. \n\nOur women-focused space is a variation from traditional “women-only” spaces. We have women-only, as well as mixed sex camp areas. Female campers should feel free to bring their male companions. Our focus is to provide a safe, welcoming space for women to enjoy the mountains. \n\nOur mission is to provide a peaceful, natural, and fun environment in which women of all ages can seek refuge from societal pressures. By providing such an environment, we hope to encourage personal growth, spiritual healing, and spread happiness and good will. We support principles of harmony, joy, diversity, and environmental responsibility. We believe that music has the power to heal and unite us by touching shared, ancient rhythms within our souls.

Windover Women's Resort

Windover Women\'s Resort was founded by a small group of friends in the 1980s, in hopes of providing a safe, outdoor camping experience for all women to "bewhatchawannabe". Ironically that is the original name of Windover! Over the last 30 plus years that is exactly what is achieved. Owned and operated by Women and conveniently located in Michigan\'s Thumb! Windover Women\'s Resort is so much more than a girls camping weekend away. Windover is a welcoming sisterhood and life long friendships in the making! Membership is required and restrictions apply. Safe & secure camping for Women only, over 18 years of age. Onsite 24-hour security, daily, weekend, and full-season camping options available.
